Kelly’s emergency services career started in the mid-1990s as a primary and then advanced care paramedic. In 2000, he joined Strathcona County Emergency Services as a FF/ACP. Kelly has progressed through the ranks to Deputy Chief of Operations Support. He has earned a Bachelor of Public Safety Administration Degree and is a Certified Registered Safety Professional (CRSP). A believer in life-long learning and passionate about leadership development, he is proud of the evolution of the Strathcona Officer Programs.
